Happy Birthday to my spunky, happy, three year old! Here are just a couple pics I have of her through out the year that I never posted on the blog.
The next few pictures are some I just found of my cousins wedding that was last August. Bryton was center front stage on the dance floor all night - in fact she was the last to leave the floor.
Check out my dad in the background :-)
Leading the dance line
I think we might have some trouble in her teenage years :-)
Bryton and Anna - they are so cute together
Also, today Bryn, Jenny, Josh, and I ran The Robie Creek half marathon my first (and last) half marathon. I had no interest in doing one - ever!!! However, Zach and my lovely sister had other plans and signed me on up for it. It's called the toughest half marathon in the Northwest and let me just say I would agree! It was horrid!!! 8.5 miles uphill and a 4.6 steep downhill. The gun went off about 3 mins before we even reached the starting line so our official time by the gun was a bit different than our ankle chips said we were. My always, more talented, sister - ran it in 1 hour 54 mins by her ankle chip. AMAZING!! I was 2hr11min. I was hoping for 2 hours but good night that uphill was a killer!!! Josh 2hr2min...
Right before
Notice I'm not so excited
This is about 2 hours later after we came off the mountain and had gone to get a Jamba Juice. There are purposely no pictures right after the race - I looked like death. Look how excited Bryn and Josh still are. Stupid kids. Let me just say I would rather go through Bryton's birth and all the complications that went with it than ever run that again.

You make me laugh!! I have no desire to ever run a marathon or even a half one--but good for you for making it! And in good time, too!
your comments are so funny about the half. I too am running a half in june, and yes it it my first and my last. and I swore I would never either. We must be seperated at birth. :)Great time! I am sure I will be closer to 3 hours.
You make me laugh everytime I read your blog. I'm doing a 10k this summer and that is as much as I'll ever do. I'm pretty sure everytime I start running I look as excited as you :)
Great job on finishing the marathon...I could never do that! Your little Bryton is so cute. Can't believe your baby is 3! Hope all is well with you!!
I can't believe your little twin is three. She is sure a darling girl.
Congrats on your 1/2 marathon! I am impressed, and especially since you weren't too excited about doing it. I am running this weekend my first, by myself, and pretty nervous. We will see if I survive!
